Alpinestars is one of the best-known names in riding gear. The EU store covers motorcycle, off-road (MX), car racing, mountain biking and sportswear. Here is what stands out on the official store right now.

1) Jackets and pants: leather, waterproof and GORE-TEX
Featured items include the Revern Leather Jacket (€699.95), the women’s Revea Leather Jacket (€699.95), the ST-7 V2 GORE-TEX Jacket (€699.95) with matching pants (€549.95), and the more affordable Therma-Tech Waterproof Jacket (€299.95). Protection features such as CE-certified armour and shoulder and elbow padding are listed on the page.

✔️ Pros: options for road, touring and city, waterproof choices, women’s cuts
✖️ Cons: premium prices, and fit matters, so check the size chart

2) Helmets: the S-R7 and S-M7 range
The S-R7 helmets (from €499.95 for Solid, €599.95 for Lumen and Zeal) use carbon composite shells and are listed as ECE 22.06 certified. The S-M7 Solid is €399.95.
✔️ Pros: current ECE 22.06 standard, carbon shells, several designs
✖️ Cons: top-end pricing. Always try a helmet for fit, and replace it after any significant impact.

3) Tech-Air airbag systems
The store lists Tech-Air airbag systems for road, off-road, MTB and the Tech Vision V3 made-to-measure suit. An airbag adds protection but does not replace a helmet, armour or safe riding.

✔️ Pros: integrated protection technology across several disciplines
✖️ Cons: a higher spend, and it needs correct set-up and care

4) Boots, gloves, jeans and accessories
Examples: CR-X GORE-TEX Riding Shoes (€279.95), WT-5 Drystar Insulated Gloves (€129.95), Flex-AST-8 Jeans (€199.95), and the AT-9 Backpack (€179.95).

✔️ Pros: complete head-to-toe range
✖️ Cons: it adds up quickly, so build your kit in priorities

🛒 Delivery and returns
Free shipping on orders over €100 and free 30-day returns. The page lists no warranty terms or promotion dates, so check at checkout. The store also has an Outlet section for discounted items.

💬 Final Verdict
Alpinestars suits riders who want recognised protective gear in one place. Start with a certified helmet, then jacket, gloves and boots, and choose by fit and the kind of riding you do.
