Want to move from a basic gaming wheel to something that feels closer to a real car? MOZA Racing makes direct drive wheel bases, wheels and pedals aimed at sim racers, from beginners to enthusiasts. Here is what stands out. 👇

⚙️ Direct drive wheel bases
MOZA’s lineup runs from the entry-level R5 (around 5.5Nm of torque) up to more powerful bases like the R9, R12 and above. With direct drive, the wheel is attached straight to the motor, so you can feel more detail in the force feedback than with a typical belt or gear-driven wheel.

🎮 Wheels and pedals
You can pick a round GT-style wheel or a formula-style rim, and add pedals such as the SR-P range. Many users like that the parts are modular, so you can upgrade one piece at a time instead of replacing everything.

🧩 Software and compatibility
MOZA gear is managed through the Pit House software, where you can adjust force feedback and profiles. It is made for PC and works with many popular sim racing titles, but check the official compatibility list for your game and platform before buying, as console support differs by product.

✔️ Pros

• Direct drive force feedback at entry-level prices, with the R5 as a starting point
• Modular ecosystem: wheel bases, wheels, pedals and accessories can be upgraded separately
• Wide range, from beginner bundles to more powerful setups
• Pit House software lets you fine-tune force feedback

✖️ Cons

• Direct drive wheels are strong, so you need a sturdy desk or rig mount
• Compatibility differs by product and platform, so check before buying
• Software setup has a learning curve for beginners
• Total cost can climb quickly once you add wheels, pedals and a rig

💬 Final Verdict
MOZA Racing is a strong choice if you want to step up to direct drive without a huge budget. Check game compatibility, plan how you will mount it, and start with a bundle that matches your space and experience.
