Woojer makes wearable haptic devices built around a patented Osci™ (Oscillating Frame) technology. Low frequencies (bass, explosions, rumble) become physical sensations on your body, while mid and high frequencies pass through to your headphones normally. No special software or game integration is needed. Just connect via Bluetooth, USB-C, or a 3.5mm jack, and it works with almost anything: PC, PS5, Xbox, Switch, Meta Quest, and phones.
Woojer’s current lineup covers three core products, each built for a different use case:
1️⃣ Vest 4 – $407 (down from $479)
A vest with 360° haptic coverage across the upper body, 6 transducers, 10-hour battery, 1.5kg. It’s the full-experience pick for serious gamers, VR users, and action-movie fans, letting you feel every explosion, gunshot, and bass hit as if you’re inside the scene.
2️⃣ Strap 4 – $143 (down from $169)
A lightweight version at just 250g, one transducer, also with a 10-hour battery. It’s a good way to try haptic feedback without committing to the full vest, easy to carry for mobile gaming and everyday music.
3️⃣ MAT – $849 (down from $999)
A full-body haptic therapy mat with 6 vibration zones, designed for relaxation, better sleep, stress relief, and recovery. It’s AC-powered and works on any bed, sofa, or soft surface — the product that’s earned the most praise from tech press for its relaxation experience.
📌 Note: the MAT is a consumer wellness product, not a medical device. It’s not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
✔️ Overall Pros
✔ Works with any audio source, no complicated setup
✔ Praised by major outlets (Forbes, Wired, CNET, TechRadar…)
✔ 30-day money-back guarantee
✔ Also a valuable tool for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community to feel music and movies through vibration
✖️ Cons to Consider
✖ Not cheap, especially the MAT (~$850 after discount)
✖ Vest 4 is fairly heavy (1.5kg) for extended sessions
✖ MAT requires AC power, so it’s not portable like the Vest/Strap
✖ Some customer reviews mention slow support responses on warranty issues, so it’s worth registering your purchase and keeping receipts
💬 Final Verdict
Whether you’re a gamer, a home-theater enthusiast, or just looking for a new way to relax, Woojer adds a layer of experience that regular headphones simply can’t. The Vest 4 is for anyone who wants to “live inside” a game or VR experience, the Strap 4 is the lightweight budget-friendly option, and the MAT is built specifically for relaxation and wellness.
