🏎️ MOZA Racing Review – Professional-Grade Sim Racing & Flight Simulation Gear

🎮 Product Range

MOZA’s lineup is built around direct drive wheel bases, which deliver far more precise, realistic force feedback than the belt or gear-driven wheels commonly used in consumer racing setups:

• R16 Ultra – 16Nm peak torque, NexGen Force U1 algorithm, high-density flat-wire motor
• R25 Ultra – 25Nm sustained torque with built-in torque sensor, MOZA’s top-tier base
• R5 Pro Bundle – entry-friendly complete racing simulator setup
• R3 Bundle – Xbox & PC compatible, a good starting point for console racers

Beyond wheel bases, MOZA also offers:

• Steering wheels — from the KS Pro and CS Pro to officially licensed wheels like the Porsche Mission R and Lamborghini Essenza SCV12
• Load cell pedals (CRP2) for realistic braking feel
• Shifters & handbrakes (HGP, HBP) for manual and drift setups
• Flight simulation gear — flight sticks, yokes (AY90, AY210), and rudder pedals
• MOZA FCS — a Farming Simulator-specific control system, plus the new HMA150 Haptic Motion Actuator for full motion feedback

🕹️ Compatibility

One of MOZA’s biggest strengths is compatibility — its force feedback wheels work with a huge list of popular titles including iRacing, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Automobilista 2, EA SPORTS WRC, Forza Motorsport, Euro Truck Simulator 2, American Truck Simulator, rFactor2, and dozens more, across PC and console platforms.

MOZA also runs an active esports presence, recently becoming an official partner of the Gran Turismo World Series and returning as a sponsor of the FIA F4 Global Esports Championship.

✔️ Pros
✔ True direct drive technology across almost the entire wheel base lineup, even at lower price points
✔ Extremely wide game compatibility list
✔ Modular ecosystem — mix and match wheels, pedals, shifters, and handbrakes
✔ Officially licensed premium wheels (Porsche, Lamborghini) for those wanting authenticity
✔ Also covers flight sim and farming sim, not just racing
✔ Active community, esports partnerships, and a configurator tool to help you build a matching setup

✖️ Cons to Consider
✖ Direct drive setups are a bigger investment than entry-level gear (bundles start around €359–€419, high-end bases go well over €900)
✖ Some premium wheels (e.g. Porsche/Lamborghini editions) sit at a premium price (€1,399+)
✖ As with most sim gear, a bigger setup (rig, pedals, shifter) is needed to get the full experience

💬 Final Verdict
MOZA has built one of the most complete sim racing and flight simulation ecosystems on the market — offering genuine direct drive force feedback from entry-level to professional-grade setups, wide game support, and a modular system that grows with you. Whether you’re just getting into sim racing or upgrading toward a pro-level rig, it’s a brand worth serious consideration.
