If you love aviation, a good display model brings a legend into your home. AirModels sells ready-to-display aircraft models that, per the store, arrive fully built and detailed. Here is what stands out.

1) Airliners: Concorde and the giants
The XL British Airways and Air France Concorde models are £119.99 each, and the XL Antonov An-225 Mriya is £129.99 (£134.99 with the Buran shuttle). There are also Concorde liveries such as American Airlines and Singapore Airlines/British Airways Landor.

✔️ Pros: iconic aircraft, large XL display pieces, a good choice for gifts
✖️ Cons: XL pieces need shelf space, and the page doesn’t explain what “XL” means, so check the size on the product page

2) Military and cold-war icons
Examples: Lockheed SR-71A Blackbird (£119.99, and a smaller SR-71 at £29.99), F-22A Raptor (£79.99), F-35A Lightning II (£99.99), MQ-9 Reaper (£54.99) and Bell UH-1H Huey (£79.99).

✔️ Pros: wide range of eras and prices
✖️ Cons: more detail usually means a higher price, so compare scales

3) Sale picks and small models
The XL An-124 Ruslan, Il-96-300PU Russian Presidential and Airbus BelugaXL are £99.99 (were £119.99). The Boeing CH-47 Chinook (RAF) is £39.95 (was £49.99) and the Spitfire Mk Vb is £23.99 (was £29.99). Display mats are £7.99 each. The page gives no end dates for the sales.
✔️ Pros: entry prices from under £25
✖️ Cons: sale prices can change at any time

4) Scales, shipping and returns
Scales listed run from 1/48 to 1/400. The store offers worldwide tracked shipping, a “Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail 24” banner (no conditions are given) and a 31-day returns policy. It reports a 4.9/5 rating from 2,320 reviews and a 4.8 Trustpilot score, which are the store’s own figures. The page does not state materials or warranty terms in the part I could read, so check the product pages.

💬 Final Verdict
AirModels suits aviation fans and collectors who want ready-made display pieces, from budget Spitfires to XL Concordes. Check the scale, size and shipping cost before you buy.
