Helmets and boots are two of the most important pieces of riding gear, and Alpinestars makes both for road, sport, off-road and track. Here is what the EU store lists now.
1) Helmets: S-R7 and Supertech R10
The S-R7 range starts at €499.95 (Solid), with A-Core, Zeal, Kinetis and Lumen versions at €599.95. The Supertech R10 starts at €999.95 and rises to €1,199.95–€1,349.95 for the Element, Team, Arius and limited editions. The store lists ECE 22.06 on 13 helmets, and the page describes multi-density EPS liners, an emergency quick-release system, ventilation channels, wind-tunnel testing, eyewear-friendly shaping, Pinlock-ready visors on some models and space for communication systems. Certifications differ by model, so check each product page.

✔️ Pros: current ECE 22.06 standard on listed models, many designs, an A-Connect communication system (€449.95) is available
✖️ Cons: premium prices, and the Supertech R10 is mainly for sport and track
2) Road and touring: waterproof boots and shoes![アルパインスターズ スーパーテック R ベントブーツ ホワイト | MotoStorm [jp]](https://www.motostorm.it/images/products/large/stivali/alpinestars_supertech_r_vented_boots_bianco.jpg)
Examples: SMX S Waterproof Boots (€279.95), RT-7 Drystar Boots (€269.95), CR-X GORE-TEX Riding Shoes (€279.95) and CR-8 GORE-TEX Shoes. Waterproof lines use GORE-TEX or Drystar.

✔️ Pros: waterproof options at a moderate price, shoe-style models for city riding
✖️ Cons: shoes give less protection than full boots, so choose by how and where you ride
3) Off-road and race: Tech and Supertech boots
The Tech range includes Tech 3 Enduro (€279.95), Tech-T (€399.95), Tech 7 (€469.95), Tech 7 Enduro GORE-TEX (€599.95), Tech 10 (€699.95) and Tech 10 Supervented (€719.95). Race boots include the Supertech R line, such as the Honda Supertech R at €579.95.
✔️ Pros: a clear step-up range, more protection as the level rises
✖️ Cons: higher-end boots cost a lot and may feel stiff at first
4) Fit and safety tips
Try helmets on for a snug fit with no pressure points, and replace a helmet after any significant impact. Check that boots grip your ankles, and that they fit with your riding trousers. Gear reduces injury risk but doesn’t remove it.
🛒 Delivery and returns
Free shipping over €100 and free 30-day returns (store’s statement). The store doesn’t list warranty terms or promotion dates on the pages I read, so check at checkout.
💬 Final Verdict
Pick the helmet for how you ride: the S-R7 for road and sport, the Supertech R10 for the track. Then choose boots by use: waterproof road boots or shoes for commuting, Tech boots for off-road. Fit first, then price.
