If you want one machine that vacuums, mops and handles the odd carpet stain, the eufy Robot Vacuum Omni E28 is one of the models Eufy’s Australian homepage currently flags as a “Best Seller”. Here is what it offers and what independent testing says.

What you get
The E28 is a 3-in-1 setup: a robot vacuum and mop, a self-emptying and mop-washing base station, and a detachable portable deep cleaner with a flexible hose for sofas, stairs and stains. Eufy’s listed features include Turbo Suction (rated up to 20,000 Pa by the manufacturer), a HydroJet self-washing mop system, DuoSpiral detangle brushes and a pop-out CornerRover arm for edges and corners.

What independent testing found
Tom’s Guide tested the E28 hands-on and called the mop “excellent” on hard floors: it lifts the roller on carpet, lets you adjust water levels and doses detergent automatically. The detachable cleaner dealt well with carpet and fabric stains, though its head is only about 3 inches wide, so it suits spot cleaning rather than whole carpets. The app lets you set no-go zones, schedules and save up to five maps, and the robot avoided shoes, cables and bins.

✔️ Pros
✔️ Vacuum, mop and handheld spot cleaner in one package
✔️ Strong hard-floor mopping with automatic detergent dosing
✔️ Self-emptying, self-washing base station saves chores
✔️ Obstacle avoidance and corner arm for edges
✔️ Same Eufy app as Eufy cameras

✖️ Cons
✖️ Mixed results on small loose debris such as cereal in testing
✖️ Sometimes overcautious around obstacles or wedges in tight spots
✖️ Base station washing is loud for a short time
✖️ Large footprint: needs clear space around the dock
✖️ Suction figures are manufacturer claims

💬 Final Verdict
A practical pick for busy households with hard floors, pets and the occasional sofa or carpet stain. Check the current price and availability on the Eufy AU page, as they change often.
